THAT 70’S FLOW! YOGA & 70’S MUSIC With Sharon Shanti on Wednesday, May 29th 6:30-8:00pm
Music has been part of the human experience since the dawn of time. Rhythm, vibration, harmony, and percussion have a way of suggesting our mood in one direction or the other.
Music inspires, excites, and moves us. This class is intended to take the music of the 70s and inspire us during a time of peace, love, and free spirit era.
Let this era within the 70s inspire you today!
Through that process, we realize that they are one and the same. Life is yoga, Yoga is life. ROCK ON!!
***Dress in your 70's yoga garb for added fun!!!!
***Prepare for fun and surprises!
***Bring a yoga mat.
***Light refreshment provided.
**Please note: Patchouli Essential Oil and Incense will be used for this event.
***This class will be appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
