Join us for the summer kick-off of 2024 and every last Sunday over the summer months for a magical fusion of yoga and sound bath healing vibrations by the sea. Find balance, strength, and inner peace with a gentle yoga flow guided by the rhythm of the waves and the invigorating sea breeze.

As the sun sets, immerse yourself in a unforgettable and rejuvenating sound bath with ocean waves, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and more, letting go of tension and embracing harmony.

SUMMER DATES:

• Sunday, June 30th

• And Every Last Sunday From June to Sept. 2024

• Time: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm (times may slightly change by month due to the timing of the sunset)

 **Plan to arrive 30 minutes before class to allow time to park, walk and locate class as well as sign into class.**
