Join Cingarden Events during Labor Day weekend for a second season at Lyman Orchards and enjoy a Free All Levels Foundational Yoga Flow amidst the beauty of Lyman's Annual Corn Maze & Cider Donut Festival!
📅 Date: Saturday, August 31st
🕙 Time: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
📍 Location: 32 Reeds Gap Road, Middlefield CT 06455 - On the grass, across from the Apple Barrel Market.
This yoga class is completely free! Simply RSVP on the event post at www.Cingardens.com to secure your spot.
Make sure to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before the class begins to meet the yoga teacher, set up your mat, and sign in for the class.

Yoga Mat
Water bottle (suggested for hot days)
