MEET YOUR HOSTS:

Cynthia Montalvo, certified Yoga Alliance instructor, and mother of four. With extensive experience in family self-care and education, Cynthia advocates for well-being. Committed to community unity and overall self-care, she's been a dedicated advocate for her daughter's development, addressing focusing, sleep and calming challenges. Acquiring knowledge in holistic practices, she understands the pivotal role parents play in their child's well-being, fostering physical and emotional wellness. Dedicated to helping families advocate for well-being, Cynthia guides them in finding holistic practices for their journey toward overall wellness.

Liza Melendez, DoTERRA Essential Oils educator and parent of three. With extensive family and child-related experience, including 10 years of home daycare ownership, Liza brings abundant knowledge. Dedicated to sharing insights into essential oils' impact on behavioral concerns, energy levels, focus, and sleep, she provides safe, effective, and family-friendly products. Liza educates families on aromatherapy and helps them find the perfect essential oil blend for their specific needs.

OPEN TO: Parents/Care Givers with School Age Children.

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION:

$29 Includes one adult and one child. $12 each additional participant after. Preregistration is required due to limited space. We cannot guarantee space for drop-ins.

CLASS: Adult must attend with child. WorkShop recommended for School Age Children.
