Sunset Yoga at the Beach

Join us for Sunset Yoga at the beautiful Hammonasset Beach in Madison CT. Enjoy a one hour yoga flow over looking the ocean and taking in the stunning view. Open to all levels.

*Please Arrive To Class a Minimum of 20 Minutes Before. This will allow you time to find parking, walk down to class, set up mat, sign-in, and complete a brief medial student form for new students.

Location: 1288 Boston Post Road, Madison CT 06443

When entering the beach follow signs pointing to West Beach Parking to the right. Park at the last parking lot and walk down the rest of the way on the sand. Find our class toward the end of the walk.
