About the event

Join us for Monday Evening Community Yoga on the Green located at West Lake Drive & Highlands Crescent in Middletown. Open to all levels for a 1 hour Yoga Flow.

BRING: Yoga Mat

Water Bottle

ARRIVE: 10 to 15 minutes before class to allow time to park, set up mat, meet yoga teacher, sign-in, and fill out a brief new student history form.
